Prior to coming to The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center, Bobbi worked at Ohio Living for over 8 years as a business development liaison. Prior to that, Bobbi worked at Wayne County Hospice and Palliative Care for 4 years, Omicare Pharmacy for 7 years, and AAA Ohio for over 10 years. Bobbi is passionate about helping people age in place and is excited to be part of the Resource Center team! Bobbi lives in Kentucky with her husband and has 3 sons, one of which lives out of state.

Millie is responsible for coordinating the financial assistance program for residents of The Ohio Masonic Communities’ campuses and the Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center clients. She also has experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing and feels that this experience is a valuable asset in helping clients. Millie has been employed by The Ohio Masonic Communities for over 11 years and is excited to be part of the resource center team that is providing help to those in need.

Raquel is dedicated to The Ohio Masonic Communities mission. She enjoys her duties as a Liaison and is always working to expand her knowledge of resources in Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. Raquel has worked in Case Management for over 6 years. She started her career working with at risk youth, and young adults through Toledo Public Schools and Imagine Charter schools. After being a Director for the youth program Raquel later decided to advance her knowledge and became a Licensed Practical Nurse with a specialty in Case Management.

DeAnna has been with The Ohio Masonic Communities since 2007 starting as a Coordinator with the I-CARE Program. DeAnna was instrumental in laying the foundation of The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center, along with Becky Cason. DeAnna is currently coordinating the Masonic Volunteer Program statewide and is excited about partnering with the fraternity and OES to increase resource options for our clients through hands-on personal assistance. DeAnna has been a licensed social worker for almost 30 years with a strong background in mental health services. She is proud to be a part of The Ohio Masonic Communities and honored to assist her Masonic family. DeAnna’s experience with, and knowledge of the fraternity, afford her the support and respect of the population she serves.

Samantha Loy has been with The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center since 2015 where she started as an aging services representative. She became the director of The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center in 2016. Samantha assists the team as well as serving clients and residents in northeast Ohio. Prior to coming to The Ohio Masonic Communities, she served people in need through Lutheran Social Services of Northern Ohio, where she helped to build a community outreach center serving clients through case management, and developing programs like food distributions and a homeless shelter for Veterans. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working in hospitals, behavioral health systems and continuum of care settings to help people. Samantha also has experience as a grant writer, and with program development and marketing. Samantha received her Bachelor’s degree from Ashland University in 2000. She is an OES member of Ashland Chapter #92.
